Sterile Tech ^TM  Ceiling Mounted Laminar Airflow

Ceiling Laminar Airflow are used for various applications such as, over a packing and filling lines in the pharmaceutical industry, food processing industry, in the assembly line of precious engineering components, pre-operative and post-operative care of critically ill patients and widely being used inside the OPERATION THEATRE during critical surgery etc. CEILING SUSPENDED LAMINAR AIRFLOW provides ultra-clean sterile CLASS 100 clean air in an isolated area where various kinds of critical and highly sensitive process activities are carried out. CLAF is designed as per CLASS 5 OF ISO 14644-1 standards.

The cabinet will be hung from the ceiling using SS rope/Thread road. Access for servicing the HEPA filters will be provided from the bottom side of the unit, it can be easily removable.

HEPA FILTERS Separator less Mini-pleat HEPA in aluminium extruded frames with wire mesh protection and made of Ultra-fine Glass fiber media having a Retention capacity of 0.3 micron at 99.99% efficiency with initial pressure drop at 12 mm WG.

Vertical Laminar Airflow system allows operation in sterile and particle free conditions because the continuous flushing of the working area by a unidirectional and vertical and ultra filtered airflow, it assures a full product protection.
