PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Sterile Tech ^TM   Air Shower   concentrated airflows to lift off contamination such as lint, dirt, dust etc., while an individual simply moves in or walks through a specially constructed chamber. The high velocity air from jet nozzles ensures efficient scrubbing action necessary to remove particulate matter. Contaminated air then flows through sidewalls of the air shower and flows through pre filters and final HEPA filters.

Dynamic Pass Box allows operation in sterile and particle free conditions because the continuous flushing of the working area by a unidirectional and vertical and ultra-filtered airflow, it assures a full product protection.

Ceiling Laminar Airflow are used for various applications such as, over a packing and filling lines in the pharmaceutical industry, food processing industry, in the assembly line of precious engineering components, pre-operative and post-operative care of critically ill patients and widely being used inside the OPERATION THEATRE during critical surgery etc. CEILING SUSPENDED LAMINAR AIRFLOW provides ultra-clean sterile CLASS 100 clean air in an isolated area where various kinds of critical and highly sensitive process activities are carried out. CLAF is designed as per CLASS 5 OF ISO 14644-1 standards.

Sterile Tech^TM   Positive Pressure Module

Pressure Module is designed to provide clean air in a small enclosure. These modules feeds filtered dust-free air to built-up and maintain positive pressure in the sterile area. The positive pressure effect caused by the module ensures that the air movement is always outside and prevents entry of contaminated air inside the sterile area.
